About the film
In the midst of planning their departure from Belarus, a young couple's future takes an unforeseen turn when the male protagonist learns of a family inheritance on the eve of their emigration. Driven by curiosity and a desire to explore his roots, he gathers a group of friends and sets out to discover the secrets hidden within a mysterious, long-abandoned mansion dating back to the late 19th century. Located in a remote area surrounded by dense forests and murky swamps, the estate exudes an eerie aura that captivates the arriving youth. As they explore the dilapidated halls and overgrown grounds, the group finds themselves confronting their deepest fears, desires, and inner demons, all seemingly amplified by the mystical presence of the estate. Amidst the unfolding mysteries and supernatural occurrences, the protagonist gradually unravels the truth about his ancestry and his connection to the land, ultimately embracing his heritage and fulfilling his destiny as the rightful heir.
