    Documentary director and cinematographer
    Tanya Haurylchyk is a cinematographer and documentary filmmaker from Minsk, Belarus, currently based in Berlin, Germany. She holds a BA in Сinematography (Belarusian State Academy of Arts) and MA in Documentary Filmmaking (Doc Nomads).
    She has extensive experience working for Belarusian and foreign media.
    She especially appreciates working on projects that carry a strong social message.
    Documentaries with her cinematography premiered at festivals like Berlinale and IDFA, among others. She twice won the Best Cinematography Award in the Philippines for the Aswang documentary and the Best Cinematography Award from the Belarusian Film Critics Award Red Heather for Courage documentary.
