About the film
16-year-olds Nastya, Sasha, and Christina study together in the 10th grade in a Belarusian town and live a seemingly ordinary teenager life: lessons, tutors, cinema goings, parties.

Nastya dreams of entering a university in Poland after graduating school and studies with a private Polish language tutor several times a week with her friend Sasha. It is not easy for Sasha to learn Polish, and in general, his life is far from ideal; his classmates constantly bully him because they believe he’s gay. To some extent, Christina's mind is not on studies but rather on dating boys. She keeps nagging Nastya with her worries that she is pregnant. And Nastya stands by her friend, even during visits to the doctors.

Nastya's relationship with the adult world is not going well either. The only one who stands out among the boring adults is the young English teacher Maksim Andreevich, whom high school girls favor a lot. And Nastya cannot remain indifferent to the charming teacher.

It seems that everyday school life with ups and downs will continue until graduation, but one day the heroes' world—along with that of their peers, teachers, and parents—will be upended by news that will make it impossible for everyone to act in the same way: all fears, prejudices, and hatred toward those who are different will come to the surface.
